Gemma was the Project Coordinator for this 32 flat apartment block in Barranco, Lima, which she oversaw from concept design right through to completion. It was undertaken during her time working at the architecture studio Vicca Verde.

The grey water in the building is recycled to water the abundant green areas such as the facades, planters, terraces and patios.
