Planning and Ministry of Health Approvals 2017
Gemma was the Project Coordinator for this mixed use complex in Santiago de Surco, Lima, Peru. It comprises a 132 bed hospital, a 99 bed 4* hotel and 350m² of commercial floor space.
She oversaw the Planning Aprroval and the corresponding approval by the Ministry of Health.
This project was undertaken during Gemma’s time at the architecture practice Vicca Verde.
